Had a phenomenal experience working with Versofy Solar. So professional. Paisley was my first contact, he answered all my questions about my contract and walked me through the entire process from start to finish. Easy to reach as once you start the process they set up a whatapp so you can have any questions answered and kept upto date. I was introduced to Matt , who came to my home to advise me, then came again the day the equipment was delivered as well as once all was installed to walk me through the installation and load my phone with the app. Matt also arranged for all the forms my body corporate required. On installation day, Thabo and his men arrived, so professional and polite. The team worked quitely and within a few hours I had joinded the world of Solar! Thabo's team even clean-up before leaving. I have been blown away on the way Versofy Solar delivers the customer experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Everyone from the company to the installer has been excellent
Everyone from the company to the installer has been excellent. As I am a very new user ít is too early to say how successful the system is as we are still fine tuning everything. However I just have to pickup the phone and the guys are there. They are also monitoring the system all the time.

I started doing the homework. Seemed like there was a whole new language to learn. I got proposals and quotes from 3 companies: the first two were within hours of my query. Versofy set up a WhatsApp group and two days later a consultant came round to do site inspection and to answer questions in person. No contest. The installation work was impeccable and non-disruptive. Versofy customer service, professionalism and follow up was impeccable. Game changer!
